QUO VADIS EUROPE? Asked one of G5+ founding members, Agnes Hubert, to do the keynote speech for the ECSA-CA (Euopean Community Studies Association-Canada) biennal conference in Toronto, from 9 to 11 May 2018, on " UNITY, DIVERSITY, POPULISM: THE EUROPEAN UNION IN CHALLENGING TIMES".
Agnès Hubert explains how two “people-centered” EU policy domains: gender equality and social innovation, respectively, could be used to generate and mobilize a missing sense of belonging.
