Film Festival - Women in Politics 2-3/11 Athens

G5+ is co-organising a film festival on Women in Politics on 2 and 3 November 2018, in the city of Athens.

Among the films, short-films and documentaries that will be screened, we will have the oppotunity to enjoy "Eliane Vogel-Polsky" a documentary directed by Haleh Chinikar & Agnès Hubert:

Eliane Vogel Polsky was an exceptional woman. A brilliant Belgian lawyer and great European, she contributed to the cause of women in Europe. As a lawyer before thecourts and tribunals, as a researcher and professor at the university, and as an expertfor international institutions, she campaigned unceasingly for equal rights and opportunities,for parity and a social Europe. Through exceptional archives and rare testimonies,this film traces her struggles and successes and brings us back to important momentsin the history of Europe and the women's struggle for equality.
